Clients are unable to complete this process independently and request live support, which has taken valuable time away from the pursuit of leads and the potential acquisition of new clients.

Creation of a client-friendly video that shows a step-by-step process for registering and setting up financial websites. This video will be sent with the initial client onboarding information and should reduce the need for live support.
Financial Planning HQ requested animated mock-ups of the exact visuals clients would encounter, as well as clearly defined steps with audio narration.

After completing a needs analysis with Financial Planning HQ to identify targeted steps for a 'how-to' video, a script and storyboard were created and approved.
