Summary: This personal project is a guide for first-time apartment hunters to learn about the process of identifying their needs and how to ask appropriate questions during each step of the apartment hunting process. I designed and developed this Rise course with a focus on providing real-world experiences. Learners will use information from the course to create a list of must-have amenities and apply scenario-based experiences to their future apartment search.

Many young, first-time apartment hunters are unsure of their specific needs for their first home. These learners must learn about wants and needs, and about the process of apartment touring.

To create a Rise course which provides real-world knowledge and experiences for first-time apartment hunters.
Result
Result
First-time apartment hunters developed a personalized list of their must-haves, which will prove to be useful during their apartment search. These learners will also understand the process of apartment touring and will be able to apply experiences from the course, which will positively impact their process.
